Our SpaLicious Team hopes you LOVE your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, feel free to make a return.
We accept returns for an exchange or refund to the original credit card up to 15 days after the package has been received. Website refunds are not transferrable to in-store purchases. Our web store is a separate entity to our store location.
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- All items must have tags attached.
- All items must be in original and/or unworn condition.
- The original sale receipt with a completed return form must be included.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) has any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
- All jewelry is final sale unless it arrives damaged or defective.
- All sale items and clearance items will not be accepted as returns and/or exchanges. All sale items are final.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned. Please send a photo of damages via email orders@spaliciousboutique.com.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be processed within 1-2 business days.
